Honoring the Fallen
K9s United is dedicated to preserving and honoring the memory of K9s who have died or been killed in the line of duty. For every fallen K9, we commission a portrait to honor their service, and present the portrait to the K9s handler or unit. Our tribute wall is a remembrance of the brave heroes who gave their lives protecting our communities.

“On 02/13/2023, my dual purpose dog K9 Graffit was shot and killed in Jefferson County Colorado. He tracked an armed suspect down an embankment to where he was waiting with a gun. K9 Graffit saved lives that day and his sacrifice will never go forgotten.
K9 Graffit and I participated in K9 United training seminars and they were nothing but the best. To have K9s United reach out to me after the incident and present me with such a heartwarming portrait means the world to me. This is a gift I will cherish forever. Many thanks to Deborah and everyone else associated to K9s United. What an amazing organization!”
