K9s United is dedicated to helping K9s and K9 Units across the county, and a big part of that is through our signature events. All runs are open to runners and walkers of all levels. Can’t make it to race day? No problem! We’re offering a "No Excuse" Virtual 5K option, so you can still participate, earn a T-shirt and medal, and support this amazing cause from wherever you are.
100% of the proceeds will benefit K-9s United, an organization that is committed to supporting and honoring K9 Law Enforcement officers who detect, protect, and serve our communities by giving them the best equipment, amenities, and quality of life during and after their service, and memorializing those who give the ultimate sacrifice.

RUN FOR FREE! If you raise $100 or more through our fundraising portal, you can run in the race of your choice for free! This is a great way to support our K9 Heroes and receive a great reward yourself.
REMINDER: Since our race benefits Law Enforcement K9s, we only allow service dogs to come. Several from surrounding agencies will be there. We want our K9s to have the freedom to participate in the run and the K9 demonstration afterward.

All runners registered by the shirt deadline April 11th MIDNIGHT, are guaranteed to receive a t-shirt of their requested size OR a K9s United branded dog bandana. All runners registering the last two weeks of the race will receive a dog bandana in place of a T-shirt as supplies permit.
In addition to the race, there will be tons of activities for all ages.

Overall Awards will be presented as follows and will include gift cards at local merchants and pint glasses to the winners:
Men - 1st Place, ($100 Gift Card), 2nd Place ($50 Gift Card), 3rd Place ($25 Gift Card)
Women - 1st Place, ($100 Gift Card), 2nd Place ($50 Gift Card), 3rd Place ($25 Gift Card)
Masters Awards will be presented to the top finishers 40 years or older as follows and will include gift cards and pint glasses to the winners:
Men - 1st Place ($50 Gift Card)
Women - 1st Place ($50 Gift Card)
Age group awards, pint glasses, will be presented to the top three men and the top three women in the following age groups:
0-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 Plus
Runners will only receive one award: overall, masters, or an age group award. Placements for awards are based on gun time, not chip time unless otherwise noted. The 1 Mile Fun Run will not have any awards
